Free Tuition & Counseling Camps

Education is one of the most important indicator which can help us to know about the aesthetic characters of a society. Because most of the civilized and progressive societies are extremely focusing on education. Education really puts a nation on the trajectory of success and development. It brings the society towards peace, harmony and tolerance. 

Since Tehreek.e.Shaoor is trying to transform our society from the existing condition to a well civilized and educated class. That is why, primarily, we were focusing on education. Because education is one of the most important tool to be used while making a progressive society.To pursue that objective, we kept education as a top priority. Because our society is very ignorant when it comes to education. 

First of all we started to establish a library in our village. So far we have successfully added four hundred books to our library. To our success, students are really developing their interest in reading books. Along with that, we also distribute novels and other books among the students of our locality. We have also considered female students in this project and they are more interested than boys.

Second of all and the most important initiative of Tehreek.e.Shaoor  is providing free tuition camps to the students of almost six villages. From the last two years, we have been regularly arranging these camps. In our limited resources, we have successfully arranged free tuition and counseling classes for four hundred students, including girls. We focus on the main subjects and career counseling during these classes.

In this month we are also planning to start free tuition camps. We have to arrange teachers, white boards and  stationary which really require financial and moral support. We always look forward to the support of the people who would like to contribute in this great cause.

Since we are living in a remote area, where people are financially sick and they lack education as well. That's why health is a rare priority. Similarly, the govt can't reach out to each and every place, so we consider it our responsibility to fill that vacuum.

                   After the outbreak of Corona pandemic, we extremely felt to do something which can protect our lives. So, we decided to start Sanitizer's spray campaign in our villages. Within a week we successfully done the Sanitizer's spray campaign in almost six villages. Along with that we distributed soaps and sanitizer's bottles in the villages as well.

                   It's requested to support and appreciate us.

So we found such an opportunity at the time of corona pandemic. In the wake of corona outbreak, we mobilized our team to collect food items & the required money for that. Within a week we were successful to collect food items of nearly Rs.20000. We distributed that food packages among the fifty deserved families,whose data we had already collected. Along with that, we convinced people to support their neighbors who are short of food.

We are also planning further to distribute more food packages. For this great cause we look forward to your support and deep appreciation.

Tehreek.e.Shaoor

       History has been a witness to many socio-political movements. Nelson Mandela and Bacha khan have stated in their autobiographies that necessity of time gives birth to  a leader and a movement. Tehreek-e-Shaoor is the name of the same tradition of struggle to bring about social, cultural, political and religious transformations. To be more precise, it is to educate people about the aforementioned ideas and to raise their intellectual standard to enable them to understand these ideas. To put our country and people on the trajectory of peace and prosperity, I have started this movement.

Birth of Tehreek.e.Shaoor:

          When I was going to give a practical shape to Tehreek-e-Shaoor, I literally visited each and every student of my locality at least ten times. Hardly I convinced a chunk of people who became our members.  People raised different objections even some of my university friends told me that this idea is not practicable.  While other said that our people would definitely reject you and don't waste your time . But some of them favored me as well.

Those who were in agreement with me stood by my side and we made a team. We called our first meeting and planned our strategies. We started to visit different villages and convinced people about our Tehreek. Now we have a credible network in different villages and we are pursuing our goals per our capacity.

What is Tehreek.e.Shaoor?

      As it's evident from the word Shaoor which means to give people awareness and raise their consciousness. The strategic areas I have focused are education and health, besides I aim to develop library culture, create study circles, improve Jirga system, raise political awareness and to cultivate social responsibility among individuals.

Achievements:

1- A library of 400 books has been established for villages  students. I have arranged these books from my own pocket money.

2.Two free medical camps were arranged in which more than 200 patients were treated free of cost.

3.In the last summer vacations free tuition camps were arranged  for more than 200 students.

4.To spread book culture, fifty books were distributed among the school students of my village

5. Twenty pairs of clothes were distributed among poor people in my village.

6.Three Aftar parties were arranged for poor peoples in my village.

7. Thirty notebooks and other stationery were distributed among the poor girls student of GPS Fateh Abad.

8. Rs 3000/- was donated to a cancer patient and Rs 7000/- to a poor girl for her marriage.

9- Currently we support ten students of schools and colleges. Rs.15000/- is paid for their school fee.

10- In these summer vacations along with free tuition we have also arranged free English language classes.

Challenges and Hardships:

         I have just completed a strenuous journey of two years. I have been through so many hardships and difficulties. I have visited each and every member many times to convince him/her to come towards Tehreek.e.Shaoor. I was short of time, financial resources and members as I was pursuing my own studies in the Khyber Law College UOP.

      Despite we don't charge students for money but still parents don't send their students to free tuition camp. Because they lack to understand the importance of education. For that I do visit each & every parent again & again but yet I'm only successful to convince 50% parents.

       In the beginning we used to collect Rs 20 to 100 from our members. Afterwards, different people started to support us & that's how we raise our funds. But I m reluctant in raising funds because its extremely a sensitive matter. I do report each & every activity on the official page of TS & keep the record of each piny  I spent. The official record is regularly reviewed by our senior members.

Appeal:

      It is not easy to arrange free tuition camps for 200 students.  We need white boards, notebooks for poor students and salaries to hire some permanent teachers. There are poor people who need medical assistance as currently a poor patient is required Rs.12000/- for his leg surgery. Those who can donate are requested to support us financially and those who can't support us financially are appealed to appreciate, motivate and encourage us. The best support I wholeheartedly welcome is to keep a positive mindset about our Tehreek. This is the ideal support I always seek.

      In the last, I've dedicated my life to this struggle. Each drop of my blood & the energy I've would be sacrificed for this cause, because this work gives me immense pleasure & satisfaction. I had enough preparation for competitive exams but now I've changed my mind & not opting to avail that. Because I would not let go this struggle wasted & would always do the best for my people & my country.
